So i order my dress and paid extra for special customization to them after receiving my order dress is the tooo short... that my daughter can’t even wear it… when i ask for refund or exchange they just clearly said that we don’t have this policy but if you will chk on their page it’s clearly returned 24 hours exchange policy kbow they are not answering my phone call please please don’t waste your hard money on these people 000 costumer service bad attitude
